Protocol
Take 5 μl RNA or DNA sample, and mix with 1 μl 6 × TriDye DNA/RNA Loading Buffer.
Load the mixture for electrophoresis.
After the electrophoresis, stain the gel with EtBr or similar stains and observe the bands under UV.
