Description
This mix contains Faster™ DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, and buffer. Faster™ DNA polymerase has both 5’-3’ DNA polymerase activity and 5’-3’ exonuclease activity, without 3’-5’ exonuclease activity. The extension rate of Faster™ DNA polymerase can reach as fast as 10 sec/kb, which is six times as high as Taq DNA polymerase.
By using 1 x Faster™ PCR MasterMix, PCR reaction can be performed by simply adding only primers and templates, which reduces pipetting operations and maximizes throughput and repeatability of results. The EasyMasterMix itself contains blue-purple dyes, which can be directly sampled for gel electrophoresis after amplification.
