Description

The Total RNA Isolation Kit provides a fast and simple technique for the preparation of purified and intact total RNA from tissues and cultured cells in as little as 45 minute, depending on the number of samples to be processed. 50~100 mg of tissue or 5~10×106 cultured cells can be processed per purification, depending on the type, function and RNA expression levels of the tissue.

The purity and integrity of RNA isolated from tissue or cultured cells with the Total RNA Isolation Kit can meet the demands such as reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR), RNase protection assays, primer extension, Northern blot analysis, oligo(dT) selection of poly(A)+ RNA, in vitro translation and cDNA library construction.
