Description
Extreme Thermostable Single-Stranded Binding Protein (ET SSB) remains fully active after incubation at 95°C for 60 minutes. With extreme thermostability, ET SSB can be used in various applications which require high temperature conditions, such as improving the elongation ability of DNA polymerase, stabilizing and labeling ssDNA structure, increasing the yield and specificity of PCR reaction, increasing the yield and elongation ability of reverse transcription in RT-PCR, and improving DNA sequencing of strong secondary structure regions.
